You asked an AI assistant for a listing. It came back with "must-see," "prime location," and a feature the place doesn't have. So you closed the tab and went back to writing everything yourself: the reply to the lead, the payment reminder, the note to the customer who's upset, the procedure nobody ever wrote down. The tool isn't the problem. The request is. Nobody ever showed you how to ask.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Three situations this handbook solves

Saturday morning, and the messages won't stop

A dozen leads, a dozen versions of the same questions. You open the first-reply prompt, fill in the blanks with the details from the spec sheet, read what comes back, fix one line, and send. Then you do the next one.

Five customers are late this month

You don't want to sound like a collections agency, and you don't want to sound like a pushover. You run the collection prompt with the amount and the due date from the spreadsheet, read every message, and send them in stages.

You need a formula and can't remember how

You describe the calculation in plain English, the assistant gives you the formula and explains it, and you test it on a case where you already know the answer before you copy it down the column.

INSIDE

What you'll find in each tool

Five parts. First, the techniques that change the answer most: role and audience, examples, output format, step-by-step reasoning, and letting the assistant ask questions first. Then you put them to work on customer service and sales, marketing, and the back office. The last part covers spreadsheets, a two-round review, a company profile, and adapting every prompt to your business. Every tool has a step by step, a worked example, and an exercise.

Who it's for

It's for you if

  • You've used an AI assistant and the answers came back generic, long, or slightly wrong
  • You write replies, listings, payment reminders, and reports every week and want to spend less time on them without getting sloppy
  • You want prompts you can copy, with the blanks marked and an example of a good answer next to each one
  • You work in spreadsheets and want help with formulas and messy data without blindly trusting the numbers
  • You want the whole team asking the same way, from one shared library of tested prompts

It's not for you if

  • You still need to decide where AI fits in your business and what data stays out of it. Start with The Business AI Handbook
  • You want systems talking to each other with no person in the loop. That's The Automation Handbook
  • You want a click-by-click tutorial for one specific AI tool. These prompts work in any text assistant
  • You want AI to run on its own or sell for you. In this handbook, every text gets read by a person before it goes out

Frequently asked questions

Which AI assistant do I need?

Any text assistant works with these prompts. The handbook doesn't recommend one. It shows you how to run the same three cases in two assistants and keep the one that scores higher on your own work.

My business isn't a real estate agency. Will this work for me?

The example is a real estate agency, but every tool shows how it applies to services, retail, manufacturing and distribution, and independent professionals. The prompts have blanks in square brackets. You fill them in with your own business.

Can the assistant answer my customers on its own?

Not in this handbook. Every prompt has a person who asks, checks, and sends. The assistant writes the draft. You decide what goes out. If you want to automate tasks end to end, that's The Automation Handbook.

What if the answer comes back with a wrong detail?

It will, sometimes. The handbook shows you how to cut that down: give the assistant only the facts on the sheet, ask for steps in every calculation, and check every table before you use it. And nothing goes out without a person reading it.

Can I paste customer data into a prompt?

Only what the task needs, and only in the assistant your business has approved. The handbook shows you how to swap names for codes. If you have questions about the data rules where you operate, the handbook tells you to check with your lawyer.

How much time does this take?

About 2 hours and 24 minutes of reading, or 6 minutes per tool, plus the exercises. It's written for beginners. The 30-day plan takes you from the first tested prompt to a shared library the whole team uses.

What do I get, and in what formats?

Each handbook is a PDF of about 100 pages with 24 to 27 tools. Every tool has step-by-step instructions and a worked example. You also get the handbook's spreadsheet in Excel (.xlsx), which opens in Google Sheets too, with the example already filled in. The message, policy, and clause templates are in the Template Kit inside the PDF, ready to copy and adapt. Read it in the member area or download the files.

How do I know if it fits my business?

Each handbook's page shows the problem it solves, who it is for and who it is not for, the full table of contents, sample pages, and the company used in the examples. The examples come from small businesses in several industries, with illustrative numbers. If it is not a fit, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as described in the Refund Policy.

What is the difference between a handbook, an area set, and the Series?

A handbook solves one problem. An area set brings together every handbook and spreadsheet in one of the 6 areas, for less than the price of 5 single handbooks. The Consylion Handbook Series brings together all 100 handbooks and 100 spreadsheets, for less than the price of 8 single handbooks, and includes the next handbooks in the Series. Products outside the Series, from Consylion Life or Consylion Business, have their own price. They are sold separately and are not part of an area set or the Series.

Do I need to read everything before I start?

No. Each tool works on its own. Open the table of contents, pick the tool for today's problem, and start there. You can also read it cover to cover.

Do I need to know Excel?

The basics are enough: open the file and fill in the marked fields. The formulas are already built, and the handbook's example is filled in for reference.

How do I pay, and when do I get access?

By card or bank transfer, as a one-time payment with no subscription. Once your payment is confirmed, you get access to the member area by email. Approved card payments are confirmed right away. Bank transfers are confirmed when the funds clear. If access does not arrive within 24 hours of confirmation, check your spam folder and write to team@consylion.org.

How long do I have access, and how can I use the files?

Access does not expire, and you can download the files for offline use. The license is individual. You may read the handbooks, print them for your own use, and fill in and adapt the spreadsheet and templates with your company's data. If you are a consultant, accountant, or manager, you may apply the tools with your clients and deliver the result of your work, not the files. You may not share, resell, or distribute the files or the access.

How do support and refunds work?

Support is by email at team@consylion.org, on business days, with a reply within 5 business days. It covers questions about access, files, and payment. It does not include consulting or advice on applying the material to your case. You can cancel within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, and get the full amount back through the payment method you used. Send the request to the same email. The details are in the Refund Policy.

Stop blaming the tool. Fix the request.

A vague prompt gets a vague answer. This handbook gives you 24 tools, the prompts to copy, a spreadsheet to test them, and an example company that did it one prompt at a time. You keep the judgment. The assistant does the typing.
