CONSYLION · SHOP
Annex: legal withdrawal periods
This Annex is part of the shop’s Terms of Use and Purchase and Refund Policy and of the Consylion Platform Terms of Use. It shows, for each country, the minimum period the law gives you to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. The period set by the law of the country where you live always applies or, if longer, the period stated in the offer or at checkout.
How the period applies
- The period is counted as the law of your country provides, from the moment indicated for each country.
- For purchases in the English and Spanish editions, Digistore24 shows the return period of your purchase on the order form and in the order confirmation. If that period is longer than the legal period, the order form period applies.
- Where the law of your country gives no right to withdraw from online purchases, the period stated in the offer or at checkout applies.
- How to ask for a refund is explained in the Refund Policy of the shop edition where you bought (shop.consylion.org/en/refunds, shop.consylion.org/es/reembolso, or shop.consylion.org/reembolso).

Countries not listed
If the country where you live is not listed, the minimum withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period of that country’s consumer protection law applies, counted and exercised as that law provides, including its exceptions for digital content and services already started. If that law gives no right of withdrawal for purchases made over the internet, or the right does not apply to the product you bought, the period stated on the order form or at checkout applies. Whenever the order form or checkout states a period longer than the legal one, the longer period applies. Nothing in this Annex reduces any right that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived; in case of doubt, the interpretation more favorable to you applies.
This Annex is for information and does not replace the law. If the law of your country changes or gives you a longer period, the law applies. Questions: team@consylion.org.
