Refund and Guarantee Policy

1. The refund period

You can ask for a refund of any product bought in the English edition of shop.consylion.org within 14 days of your purchase, wherever you live. This is the return period that Digistore24 shows on the order form and in the order confirmation, counted from the date of payment as recorded by Digistore24. If the minimum legal withdrawal period of the country where you live is longer, as listed in the Annex of legal periods (shop.consylion.org/en/legal-periods), that period applies, counted as the law of your country provides.

We do not ask why, and we do not deduct anything for files you downloaded or pages you read within the period. The same 14-day period applies if you buy as a business.

2. How to ask for a refund

You can use any of these channels:

• the support or cancellation link in the order confirmation email from Digistore24, where available;
• Digistore24 customer support, at the contact shown on your order confirmation;
• an email to team@consylion.org with the subject "Refund", with the email address you used for the purchase and your Digistore24 order number (it is in the order confirmation email).

When you write to us, we confirm receipt by email and request the refund from Digistore24 within 2 business days. A request sent within the refund period is valid, even if it is processed after the period ends.

3. What is refunded

Digistore24 refunds the full amount you paid for the product, including any taxes charged on the order form, with no fee or penalty.

If your order includes more than one product, you can ask for a refund of the whole order or only part of it. For a partial refund, you get back the amount actually paid for the products you return, as shown on your Digistore24 invoice.

4. How and when you get the money back

Digistore24 pays the refund to the payment method you used, in the same currency. According to Digistore24, refunds by card or PayPal are usually issued within 1 business day after processing, and refunds by bank transfer or other methods can take up to 10 business days. After that, it may take a few more days for your bank or card issuer to show the credit.

If the credit does not appear, write to team@consylion.org and we will help you follow up with Digistore24.

5. After the refund

Once you receive a refund, the license for the refunded products ends and your access to them is canceled. You must delete any downloaded files and stop using them.

6. Your statutory rights in the European Union, the EEA, and the United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal described in section 7 of the Terms of Use and Purchase (shop.consylion.org/en/terms). For digital content, that right may end when delivery begins, if you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right on the order form. The return period shown on the order form, described in section 1, still applies in that case.

7. After the refund period

After the refund period, a purchase can no longer be refunded just because you changed your mind. Your rights if a file is defective or not as described remain in place: we fix or replace the file and, if that is not possible, you can choose a refund or a price reduction, as set out in section 12 of the Terms of Use and Purchase.

If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, tell us or Digistore24 and we will have it refunded in full, at any time.

8. Chargebacks

Before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us or Digistore24: a refund through support is usually faster. Opening a chargeback does not affect your legal rights.

9. Who is responsible

Digistore24, or the reseller named on your order form, is the seller of record and processes every refund. The product is created by Consylion.
