CONSYLION · SHOP
Terms of Use and Purchase
These Terms govern your use of the English edition of shop.consylion.org and your purchase of our digital handbooks. Every purchase is processed by Digistore24, which acts as the reseller and is your contracting party for the sale. Consylion creates the handbooks and grants you the license to use them. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, wherever you live, or within the minimum legal period of your country, listed in the Annex of legal periods (shop.consylion.org/en/legal-periods), if that period is longer. Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
1. Who we are
Consylion · Life and Business is a trade name of A.C.E System LTDA, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Brazil, registration number (CNPJ) 67.647.041/0001-45, with its registered office at SGAS Quadra 915, Bloco D, Sala 103, Brasília/DF, 70390-150, Brazil ("Consylion", "we", "us").
Customer support: team@consylion.org. Legal matters and notices: legal@consylion.org. Privacy and personal data: our data protection officer (DPO), at dpo@consylion.org.
2. Scope and related documents
These Terms apply to the English edition of the shop (shop.consylion.org/en) and to every purchase you start from it. By clicking a purchase button and completing your order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Refund and Guarantee Policy (shop.consylion.org/en/refunds), and the Privacy Policy (shop.consylion.org/en/privacy).
The Spanish edition of the shop has its own version of these documents. The Portuguese edition is governed by separate terms that do not apply to purchases made here.
Buying handbooks in the shop does not include a subscription to the Consylion Platform (app.consylion.org), which is offered separately under its own terms.
3. How purchases work: Digistore24 as reseller
When you click a purchase button, you are taken to an order form operated by Digistore24. Digistore24 buys the product from Consylion and resells it to you. This means that Digistore24, not Consylion, is the seller and your contracting party for the purchase.
The Digistore24 company that sells to you depends on where you live and on the contracts in force: Digistore24 GmbH (Germany), Digistore24 Inc. (United States), Digistore24 LTD (United Kingdom), or Digistore24 MSLW Ltd (Ireland). The order form shows which company is selling to you, with its address and terms, before you pay. In the future, we may also sell through other authorized resellers or payment intermediaries, such as Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom, and its affiliates) or Hotmart (Hotmart B.V., the Netherlands, and its affiliates). In that case, the company named on the order form takes the place of Digistore24 in these Terms for that purchase, under its own terms of sale and privacy policy.
Digistore24 is responsible for the order form, payment processing, the invoice or receipt, the calculation, collection and payment of sales taxes such as VAT, GST, or US sales tax, the order confirmation, and the processing of cancellations and refunds. Those matters are governed by the terms of sale and the privacy policy of the Digistore24 company that sells to you, linked on the order form. You can also read them at www.digistore24.com/page/terms and www.digistore24.com/page/privacy. If those general pages differ from the documents linked on your order form, the documents on the order form apply to your purchase.
Consylion is responsible for the handbooks themselves: their content, their description on this site, the files we deliver, the license described in section 9, and support for questions about the content.
4. Products
The shop sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped.
- Handbook: a PDF file with the tools described on the product page, together with the spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel format, which also opens in Google Sheets) and the templates listed on that page.
- Area set: all the handbooks of one area, in the quantity stated on the set's page.
- Bundle (the Consylion Handbook Series): the handbooks listed on its page at the time of purchase and the future handbooks of the Series, which we deliver at no extra cost when they are released.
To use the files, you need a PDF reader and spreadsheet software compatible with .xlsx files. The files have no technical protection measures. Each product page shows the content, table of contents, sample pages, intended audience, and price before you buy. Sample images may come from the original Portuguese edition. The files you receive are the edition in the language of the page where you bought them.
Updates and corrections that we publish for a handbook you bought are available to you at no extra cost. Handbooks released after you buy an area set are not included in that set.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices in the shop are shown in US dollars (USD) or, for customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, in euros (EUR). The order form may also offer other currencies, including the local currency of your country. Depending on your country, VAT, GST, or sales tax may be added to the price or already included in it. Before you pay, the order form shows the final price, any taxes, the currency, and the payment methods available in your country.
Payment is a one-time charge. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
We may change prices and offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you, and you can choose between paying the correct price or receiving a full refund. We will never charge you more without your agreement.
6. Delivery and access
Delivery is digital and starts right after your payment is confirmed. Digistore24 sends the order confirmation to the email address you entered on the order form, and we send you, at the same address, your access to your files in the Consylion Platform (app.consylion.org), where you can read and download them.
Access does not expire, and you can download the files for offline use. We recommend that you keep a copy. If we ever discontinue the place where the files are hosted, we will notify you by email at least 90 days in advance so you can download them, or we will give you equivalent access elsewhere.
If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment confirmation, check your spam folder and write to team@consylion.org.
7. Right of withdrawal in the European Union, the EEA, and the United Kingdom
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the law generally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that statutory right ends once delivery has begun, provided that (a) you expressly asked for delivery to start before the 14 days are over, (b) you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal by doing so, and (c) you received confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium, such as the order confirmation email. This rule comes from Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and, in the United Kingdom, from regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you do not give that consent on the order form, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains in place.
Whether or not your statutory right has ended, the return period shown on the order form, described in section 8, still applies. It adds to your legal rights and does not replace them.
8. Refund period
You can ask for a full refund of any purchase, without giving a reason, within 14 days of your purchase, whatever country you live in and whether you buy as a consumer or as a business. This is the return period shown on the order form and in the order confirmation. If the minimum legal withdrawal period of the country where you live is longer, as listed in the Annex of legal periods (shop.consylion.org/en/legal-periods), that period applies. How to ask, and how the refund is paid, are explained in the Refund and Guarantee Policy (shop.consylion.org/en/refunds).
9. License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the handbooks, spreadsheets, and templates you bought, with no time limit, as long as you comply with these Terms. Consylion keeps the copyright and all other rights in the content.
You may:
- read, consult, and print the handbooks for your own use;
- fill in and adapt the spreadsheets and templates with your own or your company's data;
- apply the tools in your own business or, if you are a consultant, accountant, or manager, in your work for your clients, delivering to them the results of your work, not the Consylion files.
You may not:
- resell, share, lend, give away, or distribute the files, for free or for a fee, including in groups, courses, social networks, or shared drives;
- share your access link or login with anyone else;
- reproduce, translate, or publish the content, in whole or in part, or present it as your own;
- remove trademarks, authorship notices, or identifiers from the files;
- use the content to train artificial intelligence models or to create a competing product.
If you use the content in breach of this license, we may suspend your access and take the measures available to us under copyright law. If you receive a refund, the license for the refunded products ends, as explained in the Refund and Guarantee Policy.
10. Intellectual property
Texts, tools, spreadsheets, templates, diagrams, covers, trademarks (including Consylion and Protocolo Consylion™), and all other elements of the shop and the products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks mentioned in the shop or in the products belong to their owners.
If you believe that content in the shop infringes your rights, write to legal@consylion.org.
11. Educational content, no guaranteed results
The handbooks are educational content and management tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.
The examples and figures in the handbooks are for illustration only. Some examples and references reflect the market for which the handbooks were originally written. Before you apply a tool, check the rules of your own country, such as tax, employment, consumer protection, and data protection rules.
Results depend on how you apply the content, on your context, and on your effort. We do not promise or guarantee any revenue, profit, savings, or other financial result.
Contract templates, policies, and clauses are starting points only. Have them reviewed by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before you use them.
12. Defective files or content not as described
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or different from what the product page described, write to team@consylion.org. We will fix or replace the file. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days, you can choose a refund of the amount you paid or a proportional price reduction, which we arrange through Digistore24 or, if Digistore24 can no longer process it, pay directly.
This commitment also applies after the refund period ends. It does not limit the remedies that the law of your country gives you for digital content that does not conform to the contract, such as those under Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Consylion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities, or for decisions you make based on the content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the handbooks are provided as described on their product pages, without any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country. Some jurisdictions, including some US states, do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
14. Use of the website
You may browse the shop for your personal information and to buy products. You may not interfere with the shop's operation or security, try to access areas or data that are not meant for you, or copy the catalog content in bulk by automated means.
15. Support
Support is available by email at team@consylion.org on business days. We confirm receipt of every message and reply within 5 business days. Support covers access, files, and questions about the content. It does not include consulting on how to apply the material to your case.
For questions about payment, invoices, or taxes, you can also contact Digistore24 through the support link in your order confirmation email. If you write to us about these topics, we will help you or pass your message on to Digistore24.
16. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (shop.consylion.org/en/privacy). Digistore24 processes the data you enter on the order form under its own privacy policy.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. Each purchase is governed by the version in force when the order was confirmed.
18. Governing law and disputes
If you buy as a consumer, these Terms are governed by the law of the country where you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. You always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
If you buy as a business, these Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where Consylion is established, and the courts of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, have exclusive jurisdiction.
The purchase contract with Digistore24, including payment and refund processing, is governed by the terms of the Digistore24 company that sells to you, which have their own provisions on governing law and dispute resolution.
Before taking any formal step, please contact us at team@consylion.org. Most issues can be solved by email. Consylion does not currently take part in any alternative dispute resolution scheme.
19. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right at any given time, we have not waived it. These Terms, together with the documents mentioned in section 2, are the entire agreement between you and Consylion about the use of the shop and the products.
These Terms are written in English for the English edition of the shop. They are not a translation of any other version.
