The Financial Turnaround Handbook
Diagnosis, Plan, and Routine to Get Your Business Out of the Red without Betting What's Left
You live on the credit line and owe a supplier. Next month will be better. Right?
24 tools, a 6-tab spreadsheet, and one example business taken from the first day of crisis mode to the last, so you know how deep the hole is and what to do this week.
You get 24 tools to measure how deep in the red you are, stop the cash bleed in the first weeks, write a one-page turnaround plan, talk to your team and creditors, and decide when the crisis is over. Plus a spreadsheet already filled in with the example.
A book explains the method. This handbook puts it to work: the tool, a worked example, and a spreadsheet with your numbers.
One-time payment of $29.00. The order form shows the final amount, with any taxes for your country, before you pay.
Digital delivery: PDF handbook, spreadsheet and access on the Consylion platform.
14-day money-back guarantee: if it isn't what you expected, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Sales are coming in, and the month still closes in the red. The credit line on your account has quietly become part of your cash. You take an advance on every card sale, and one supplier's bill is already past due. So you cut whatever is in front of you, hope next month is better, and still can't say whether the problem is the operation, the debt, or both. Or how many days you have left.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Three situations this handbook solves
Every morning, fifteen minutes
The crisis committee meets with a fixed agenda. You update the next 14 days of cash, spot the day the account would go negative, and decide only what can't wait. Every decision goes into the log.
Someone wants to spend during the freeze
A manager asks for a new purchase. It has to pass three questions first. If it doesn't, it waits until the 30 days are over, and you both know why.
The bank offers you a new loan
Before you sign, you check whether the money has a place in the plan, with a payment the results can cover. If it's just new money for an old bet, the handbook has a question to ask before you take it.
INSIDE
What you'll find in each tool
Five parts, in the order a crisis demands. First, measure the hole: operating losses versus debt, the causes, and how many days your cash lasts. Then stop the bleeding with a daily committee, a daily cash forecast, and a spending freeze. Then the plan: line by line, close, keep, or fix, on one page. Then your team, creditors, and customers. Finally, the weekly dashboard and the way out.

Who it's for
It's for you if
- You close month after month in the red and can't tell whether the problem is the operation or the debt
- You live on your credit line, take an advance on every card sale, and already pay some bills late
- You need to decide what to close, what to fix, and what to cut without losing customers
- You want to lead your team, creditors, and customers through the crisis with a written plan
- You'd rather decide with numbers on one page than with a knot in your stomach at 2 a.m.
It's not for you if
- You need to build your cash flow from scratch, with a 13-week forecast. Start with The Cash Flow and Profit Handbook
- You need to negotiate each debt with the bank or understand formal restructuring. That's The Business Credit and Debt Handbook
- You want to collect from customers who owe you. That's The Collections and Late Payments Handbook
- You want a promise that your business will be saved by a certain date. This handbook organizes the turnaround; the outcome depends on you
Frequently asked questions
My business is too small for a committee. Now what?
Do it with yourself and one other person: your accountant, your partner, or whoever handles the cash. What matters is a short daily meeting, a fixed agenda, and a written log of decisions.
Will this work for my kind of business?
The example is a gas station, but every tool shows how it applies to services, retail, manufacturing and distribution, and independent professionals. If you have more than one line of business, you'll look at each one separately.
What if the operation loses money even before the debt?
Then the crisis is more serious, and containment comes first and harder: the spending freeze, idle assets, and the lines that lose money. Without a positive operation, renegotiating debt only postpones the problem.
When should I bring in a lawyer or a consultant?
The handbook marks the points: a high score on the severity check, a creditor taking legal action, a stop rule whose condition wasn't met by its date, or any deal that puts collateral or your own signature on the line as security. It doesn't replace your lawyer or your accountant.
How long does this take?
About 2 hours and 24 minutes of reading, or 6 minutes per tool. It's written at an intermediate level. Part 1 takes a week, but you start the committee and the daily cash forecast on day one. In the example, crisis mode lasted nine months. The exit criteria, not the calendar, tell you when it's over.
What do I get, and in what formats?
Each handbook is a PDF of about 100 pages with 24 to 27 tools. Every tool has step-by-step instructions and a worked example. You also get the handbook's spreadsheet in Excel (.xlsx), which opens in Google Sheets too, with the example already filled in. The message, policy, and clause templates are in the Template Kit inside the PDF, ready to copy and adapt. Read it in the member area or download the files.
How do I know if it fits my business?
Each handbook's page shows the problem it solves, who it is for and who it is not for, the full table of contents, sample pages, and the company used in the examples. The examples come from small businesses in several industries, with illustrative numbers. If it is not a fit, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as described in the Refund Policy.
What is the difference between a handbook, an area set, and the Series?
A handbook solves one problem. An area set brings together every handbook and spreadsheet in one of the 6 areas, for less than the price of 5 single handbooks. The Consylion Handbook Series brings together all 100 handbooks and 100 spreadsheets, for less than the price of 8 single handbooks, and includes the next handbooks in the Series. Products outside the Series, from Consylion Life or Consylion Business, have their own price. They are sold separately and are not part of an area set or the Series.
Do I need to read everything before I start?
No. Each tool works on its own. Open the table of contents, pick the tool for today's problem, and start there. You can also read it cover to cover.
Do I need to know Excel?
The basics are enough: open the file and fill in the marked fields. The formulas are already built, and the handbook's example is filled in for reference.
How do I pay, and when do I get access?
By card or bank transfer, as a one-time payment with no subscription. Once your payment is confirmed, you get access to the member area by email. Approved card payments are confirmed right away. Bank transfers are confirmed when the funds clear. If access does not arrive within 24 hours of confirmation, check your spam folder and write to team@consylion.org.
How long do I have access, and how can I use the files?
Access does not expire, and you can download the files for offline use. The license is individual. You may read the handbooks, print them for your own use, and fill in and adapt the spreadsheet and templates with your company's data. If you are a consultant, accountant, or manager, you may apply the tools with your clients and deliver the result of your work, not the files. You may not share, resell, or distribute the files or the access.
How do support and refunds work?
Support is by email at team@consylion.org, on business days, with a reply within 5 business days. It covers questions about access, files, and payment. It does not include consulting or advice on applying the material to your case. You can cancel within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, and get the full amount back through the payment method you used. Send the request to the same email. The details are in the Refund Policy.
