The Leadership Handbook
From Hands-On Expert to Manager: Delegate, Follow Up, and Build a Team That Works without You Hovering over It
You hired a team. So why does every decision still end up on your desk?
24 tools, 13 ready-made templates, and three example businesses worked through with numbers, so you can hand off the work, follow up without nagging, and stop redoing it at night.
You get 24 tools to take over a team, delegate one rung at a time, set clear agreements and follow up on them, and have the conversations you keep putting off. Plus a 7-tab spreadsheet, already filled in with the examples.
A book explains the method. This handbook puts it to work: the tool, a worked example, and a spreadsheet with your numbers.
One-time payment of $29.00. The order form shows the final amount, with any taxes for your country, before you pay.
Digital delivery: PDF handbook, spreadsheet and access on the Consylion platform.
14-day money-back guarantee: if it isn't what you expected, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

It's 7:40 and the questions have already started. Can we give this customer a discount? Where does this go? Which order ships first? You delegated a task last week. It came back wrong, so you redid it after closing, because explaining it felt slower. You know you should talk to the person who's late again. You haven't. The business grew. You're still the bottleneck.
THE SPREADSHEET
90-day plan and leader self-assessment spreadsheet
Use the completed example as a reference and enter your business data in the marked fields. Check the instructions and the calculations before you make a decision.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Three situations this handbook solves
Someone brings you a decision they could make
Instead of answering for the tenth time, you open the task inventory. You pick the task, decide which rung of the delegation ladder it starts on, and send one message with the what, the standard, the deadline, and the check-in.
The conversation you've put off for a month
Same person, late again. You open the difficult conversation script, write down the facts and the goal, and book 30 minutes alone. You open neutrally, with the fact, listen before you respond, ask for their proposal, and set a review in 15 days.
You want to step away for a week
You schedule the absence test 30 days ahead. You write down who decides what, agree on the emergency rule, and log every contact that still reaches you. Back at your desk, each question becomes a rule, a rung on the ladder, or part of the successor plan.
INSIDE
What you'll find in each tool
Five parts, in the order the job shows up. Make the shift from expert to leader. Delegate and follow up. Have the conversations no leader can avoid. Get the team performing without you in the room. Then manage the leader: your calendar, your composure, your decisions. Every tool has a step by step, an example with numbers, and a short exercise.

Who it's for
It's for you if
- You run a service business, a store, or a small manufacturer with 3 to 30 people, and it feels like everything goes through you
- You were just promoted to manager, and some of the people you now lead were your coworkers until yesterday
- You got here by being the best at the work, and you still redo the team's tasks when something goes wrong
- You want a method to delegate, follow up, and handle hard conversations, with examples from businesses like yours
It's not for you if
- You need to hire, run performance reviews, or let someone go. Start with The People Management Handbook
- You want a script for every kind of difficult conversation. That's The Feedback and Difficult Conversations Handbook
- You're after a complete goal system, such as OKRs. See The Strategy and Planning Handbook
- You need payroll or severance math, or legal advice on a dismissal. The handbook tells you when to call your accountant or a lawyer
Frequently asked questions
My team is only 3 people. Is this too much?
No. The handbook covers teams of 3 to 30 and shows the adjustments for a small team: a 15-minute weekly meeting, a monthly one-on-one, and more room for hands-on work on your own calendar.
I'm not the owner. I was just promoted. Is it for me?
Yes. One of the three examples is exactly that: a salesperson promoted to manager over the people he used to work beside. Tool 04 shows how to earn authority with former coworkers, including what to say the first time one of them tests you.
Will this work in my kind of business?
The examples are an accounting firm, a building supply store, and a food factory. Every tool also shows how it applies to services, retail, manufacturing, and field teams. You swap in your own people and numbers.
Does it cover hiring, reviews, or firing?
No. This handbook is about leading the team you already have. Hiring, performance reviews, and dismissals are in The People Management Handbook, and for anything legal the handbook tells you to check with your lawyer or accountant.
How much time does it take?
About 2 hours and 24 minutes of reading, or 6 minutes per tool, plus each exercise. The 30-day plan asks for a fixed block of one to two hours a week. The longer tools, like the delegation ladder and team goals, keep running after day 30.
What do I get, and in what formats?
Each handbook is a PDF of about 100 pages with 24 to 27 tools. Every tool has step-by-step instructions and a worked example. You also get the handbook's spreadsheet in Excel (.xlsx), which opens in Google Sheets too, with the example already filled in. The message, policy, and clause templates are in the Template Kit inside the PDF, ready to copy and adapt. Read it in the member area or download the files.
How do I know if it fits my business?
Each handbook's page shows the problem it solves, who it is for and who it is not for, the full table of contents, sample pages, and the company used in the examples. The examples come from small businesses in several industries, with illustrative numbers. If it is not a fit, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as described in the Refund Policy.
What is the difference between a handbook, an area set, and the Series?
A handbook solves one problem. An area set brings together every handbook and spreadsheet in one of the 6 areas, for less than the price of 5 single handbooks. The Consylion Handbook Series brings together all 100 handbooks and 100 spreadsheets, for less than the price of 8 single handbooks, and includes the next handbooks in the Series. Products outside the Series, from Consylion Life or Consylion Business, have their own price. They are sold separately and are not part of an area set or the Series.
Do I need to read everything before I start?
No. Each tool works on its own. Open the table of contents, pick the tool for today's problem, and start there. You can also read it cover to cover.
Do I need to know Excel?
The basics are enough: open the file and fill in the marked fields. The formulas are already built, and the handbook's example is filled in for reference.
How do I pay, and when do I get access?
By card or bank transfer, as a one-time payment with no subscription. Once your payment is confirmed, you get access to the member area by email. Approved card payments are confirmed right away. Bank transfers are confirmed when the funds clear. If access does not arrive within 24 hours of confirmation, check your spam folder and write to team@consylion.org.
How long do I have access, and how can I use the files?
Access does not expire, and you can download the files for offline use. The license is individual. You may read the handbooks, print them for your own use, and fill in and adapt the spreadsheet and templates with your company's data. If you are a consultant, accountant, or manager, you may apply the tools with your clients and deliver the result of your work, not the files. You may not share, resell, or distribute the files or the access.
How do support and refunds work?
Support is by email at team@consylion.org, on business days, with a reply within 5 business days. It covers questions about access, files, and payment. It does not include consulting or advice on applying the material to your case. You can cancel within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, and get the full amount back through the payment method you used. Send the request to the same email. The details are in the Refund Policy.
